Once you speak to one of our agents and agree to let us work on your claim, we will proceed with the necessary paperwork. We will arrange a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork that will authorize us to represent you in the claim process. Remember, we work for you!

At 2 Financially Lit, we work on a contingent basis, which means there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you. We cover all expenses related to your claim until it is successfully collected.   You only pay us if we are able to successfully collect your claim. In the event that the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

After receiving the paperwork package, we will send a local notary to collect the signed documents from you. The notary will ensure that all necessary forms are completed accurately and collect any additional required information. The notarized documents will be promptly overnighted back to our office for processing. This is a serious matter, so we handle it legally and with integrity. 

It's like you've hit the lottery! Yet, claims are typically processed within 3-4 months, depending on the complexity of the case. During this time, our team diligently works on your behalf, navigating the intricacies of the claim process. Once the claim is successfully collected, your share of the funds, usually ranging from 60% to 70% of the total amount collected, will be remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

We aren't done until funds are in your hands. We will keep you updated on the process and will follow up with you to verify your funds have been received.  If you're okay with it, we'd send out a survey or questionnaire to rate our services.  We care about what we do and how we effect the lives of others, so this is very important to us.  We want to know how we can do things better or if we did a great job, we'd like to know that too!
